The R48-1000A rectifier converts standard AC supply voltages into stable nominal -48 VDC voltages adjustable to the needs of the application. The R48-1000A is a constant power rectifier designed with the latest patented switch-mode technology using DSP (Digital Signaling Processor) functionality for efficient operation. For a larger load capacity, rectifiers can be connected in parallel and intelligent control can be added with the help of a separate controller.
Functions and features
1. Hot swap
The rectifier module adopts non-damage hot-swappable technology, and its output and input have soft-start units. When the module is inserted into the system, it will not cause disturbance of the output voltage of the system. The module replacement time is less than 1 minute.
2. Digital equalization
The rectifier module adopts the most advanced digital current sharing technology, no monitoring module is needed, and the rectifier modules can automatically share current, and the current sharing unbalance is less than ±3%.
3. Input power limit control
The rectifier module adopts the maximum power control method according to the change of input voltage and output voltage. The conversion point is at 176V (the hysteresis is less than 2V). When the input voltage is between 176Vac and 300Vac, the module can output power; when the input voltage is between 85Vac and 176Vac, it can not only ensure the load demand when the input voltage is low, but also ensure the reliable operation of the module.
At 45℃, the relationship between output power and input voltage:
176Vac input, the output power of the module is 100% of the rated power, that is, 1740W;
110Vac input, the output power of the module is 50% of the rated power, that is, 1050W;
With 85Vac input, the output power of the module is 44.4% of the rated power, which is 800W.
4. Output load characteristics
When the input voltage is 176Vac～300Vac, the output power of the module is 1740W. When the load continues to increase, the output voltage will drop. When the output voltage is between 52.7V and 58V, the output power is constant at 1740W, that is, when the output voltage is 58V, the output current is 30A; when the output voltage is 52.7V, the output current is 33 A.
5. Temperature limit power
Under the normal input state, the module can work normally and reach an output power of 1740W in the working temperature range of -20℃～45℃; output power in the temperature range
－40℃～－20℃ can start normally and work continuously
－20℃～45℃ normal work, can output 1740W
45℃～55℃ linear power limit to 1450W
55℃～65℃ linear power limit to 1160W
65℃～70℃ linear power limit to 0W
6. Output current limit adjustment
Through the external monitoring module, the current limiting point of the rectifier module is adjustable in the range of 42.0V～58.0V, with a step length of 0.1A. Under the rated input condition, the error between the output current limit point of the rectifier module and the monitoring setting value within the normal output voltage range (42V～58V) is not more than ±1A.
7. Output voltage regulation
Through the external monitoring module, the output voltage of the rectifier module can be continuously adjusted, the adjustment range is 42V～58V, and the adjustment accuracy is ±0.1V.
8. Fan control
During normal operation, the fan speed increases as the temperature of the module rises until full rotation. When AC over/under voltage, the fan stops rotating.
9. Monitor performance
The rectifier module has a built-in *** digital signal processor DSP, which monitors and controls the operation of the entire module, and communicates with the external monitoring module through the CAN bus. Specifically:
1) The rectifier module can be controlled to turn on/off through the monitoring module, and the module output current slow-up function and overvoltage protection reset mode can be set.
2) The output voltage, overvoltage point, current step time and current limit point of the rectifier module can be adjusted through the monitoring module.
3) Send input voltage, output voltage, output current, current limit point, temperature, overvoltage point to the monitoring module;
4) Send on/off status, input protection, internal PFC over/under voltage protection, over temperature protection, over voltage shutdown fault, fan fault, temperature limit power, input power limit, and current imbalance to the monitoring module.
