The STM32F103VBT6 medium-density performance series uses a high-performance ARM®Cortex®-M332-bit RISC core with a working frequency of 72MHz, high-speed embedded memory (up to 128KB of flash memory, and up to 20KB of SRAM), and various enhanced I connected to two APB buses /O and peripherals. All devices provide two 12-bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16-bit timers and one PWM timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2Cs and SPI, three USARTs, one USB and one CAN.
These devices use a 2.0 to 3.6V power supply. They can be used in a temperature range of -40 to +85°C and an extended temperature range of -40 to +105°C. A comprehensive set of power saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.
The STM32F103VBT6 medium-density performance series includes devices in six different package types: from 36 pins to 100 pins. According to the selected device, including different peripheral sets, the following description summarizes all the peripherals proposed in the series.
