Product description
Using advanced phase-shifting resonant high-frequency soft-switching power supply technology and innovative self-cooling/air-cooling compatible heat dissipation design, the efficiency has reached the world's first-class level. Using built-in CPU distributed control mode, stable and reliable work. Emerson charging modules HD22010-3 and HD11020-3 have passed CE safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards certification, and passed national and industry product type inspections.
Protection function
1) Input over/under voltage protection
The module has input over/under voltage protection function. When the input voltage is less than 313 + 10Vac or more than 485 + 10Vac, the module is protected, without DC output, and the protection indicator (yellow) is on. When the voltage is restored to 335 + 10Vac ~ 460 + 15Vac, the module automatically restores to work.

2) Output Overvoltage Protection
Undervoltage alarm
The module has the function of output over-voltage protection and under-voltage alarm. When the output voltage is more than 325 + 5Vdc, the module protects, without DC output, and the protection indicator (yellow) is on. The module can not be automatically restored. The module must be re-energized after power failure.
When the output voltage is less than 198 +1Vdc, the module alarms, has DC output, and the protection indicator (yellow) is on. After voltage recovery, the module output under-voltage alarm disappears.
3) Short Circuit Retraction
The module has short circuit retraction function. When the module output short circuit, the output current is not more than 40% rated current. After eliminating the short circuit factor, the module automatically returns to normal output.
4) Phase-absence protection
The module has the function of phase-absence protection. When the input is out of phase, the module can limit the power and output half-load. When the output voltage is 260V, 5A current is output.
5) Overtemperature protection
When the air inlet of the module is blocked or the ambient temperature is too high, the temperature inside the module exceeds the set value, the module will be over-temperature protected, the protection indicator light (yellow) of the module panel will be on, and the module has no voltage output. When the abnormal conditions are cleared and the temperature inside the module returns to normal, the module will automatically return to normal work.
6) Primary Overcurrent Protection
In abnormal condition, the rectifier side of the module is over-current and the module is protected. The module can not be automatically restored. The module must be re-energized after power failure.
Other functions
1) Fan temperature control
Temperature and current are combined to control the fan rotation. The fan speed can be divided into three gears: stop, half-turn and full-turn. The fan speed control is carried out by considering the output current and module temperature comprehensively.
trouble display
The module alarm information flickers on the LED in the form of fault code. At this time, the LED display content is changed to fault code, and the voltage is displayed when the display switch button is pressed. The fault code is shown in the following table.
